fuel relay/electrical problem

5 mos with a chronic electric problem; chugging as if going to die; then 7.5 fuse, fuel relay blow. Week or so passes; happens again. Get out on the highway; occurs sooner. Have replaced the O2 sensor; the distributor, multiple fuel relays, fuses. At a loss Help Please!? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
