ok,so I did some searching and could not find my answer. I thought some one here might know what is the difference between the sr and ka fuel rails? I am hoping to get some stuff for my ka-t project and I want to use a synchronic fpr but the only application for nissan i have found is for a sr fuel rail and i will be running a ams fuel rail. will it bolt up? Thanks for any and all help.

i'm pretty sure the sr20det and ka24de are about the same, they can be swapped with each other. the ka24e has a top feed rail, so it's different.

nope i already tryed to install Sr rail on KA when i got my 370's

the feed and return line (return can be swapped for KA) are backwards and would require waste modification time to make it work ( routing of fuel line etc.). also the FPR on both KA and SR rail are the same, i matched the numbers. the rails are the same, only reason that i would have liked to mount the SR rail was, i had an hand injurie at the time and didnt feel like punching the injectors out, but i did and used vasiline to slip them into my KA rail pretty quick job and notice differnce immediately. also both rails use the same mounting flange, o-ring and bolts for stock FPR so if it work on sr rail, it will work on KA rail.

if you try to use an sr fpr, the vacuum line points into the valve cover.
