I am pretty sure the answer is no but does the SR20 fuel rail match up with the KA?

You would be correct...one is side feed and the other is top feed.

actually thats not correct. Both are side feed. The rails are identical with the exception of the mounting points.

the CA fuel rail is topfeed along with the kaE

Good call. I forget sometimes about the SOHC KA.

So to rephrase, All the SR RWD fuel rail and the KADE RWD fuel rails I have seen are the same with the exception of mounting points.
