Fuel Rail Swap/Compatibility

I have recently had some trouble with the fuel injectors in my car and two of them need replacing. Is it possible to use the fuel rail assembly and injectors from another year car to put on mine? I know the injectors alone wont fit the rail because of a different design, but what about the whole rail?

My car is an '89 SOHC.

Let me reprhase my question. Can I use a fuel rail and injector set from any S13 or S14 model on my '89

You can only use a SOHC fuel rail for your SOHC. The DOHC fuel rail is set up different and the injectors are completely different (not interchangeable).

I know the fuel rail and injectors are diffrent on the DOHC, but what if I have the whole DOHC fuel rail and injectors, will it fit the KA24E head? And will the the wires plug in?

Nahh, I belive after taking a look at both side by side, that they are different and wont seal correctly.

Like JNM240 said SOHC to SOHC only and DOHC to DOHC only... what a drag, because I know the DOHC fuel rail is a little less prone to leak than the SOHC rail...

yeah injector leaks are a common problem on sohc

What's the difference between the DOHC and the SOHC fuel rails... i jus bought a fuel rail from a nissan dissmantiler and it looks different from the one i have in my KA24E right now... but the guy that i bought the car from said that he put oversize injectors in the car... jus looking for any help.
