fuel rail problem

well i recently did a swap, and the fuel is going in, and there's spark and compression... BUT WILL NOT FIRE.

ok so from what I understand, fuel goes into the rail from the fuel pump and then goes back out from the other line.. correct?well I'm not getting ANY fuel from the return line. how do we solve this? we tried putting compressed air through it to try to unclog it, but nothing.

any ideas people?
