Fuel Pump wont turn on

Keep in mind i havent started this car in almost a year now since i pulled the SR out to do a new swap. So the other day i connected my battery to check if everything was still working and i didnt hear the fuel pump turn on. I tried do this a month ago to get my old gas out but i ended up getting a syphon pump since the fuel pump didnt wanna turn on. I figured since the harness wasnt connected then it wouldnt get any signals from the ecu or what ever. Now that everything is plugged in, it still doesnt wanna prime. I know its not my alarm system since i replaced the battery on my remote and disarmed the system. Also checked out all my fuses and they are all fine. The fuel pump was in working condition last time it was started up. Basically everything was in working condition last time i drove this car. Maybe a relay has gone bad?? Where is the relay or fuse for the fuel pump on a 95 240sx?? I red somewhere that the EGI 7.5amp fuse gives power to the fuel pump but i checked that fuse and it was fine
