I think the car runs for awhile without fuel pump. look for injector leak or bad temp sensor, etc

The ground on your fuel pump top plate is probably loose. REove the cover in your trunk and verify.

the connections that are on top of the fuel pump plate that go throgh it and connect directly to the fuel pump have to that are full of white residue and the little plastice covers are all broken off but everything seems connected still...

the fuel pump has continuous ground and receives 12V+ only when computer says so. you disconnected 10 amp fuse so where is the 12V+ coming from? You say you cant shut car off, but then why does fuel pump shut off when you squeeze the gas line. get a 20 dollar digital multimeter and check to see what is going on at fuel pump

It shouldnt cause bogging when you are driving. i have driven with it unplugged and it didnt affect driving.
