fuel pump Wire shielding question need a answer asap!!

im building up a 510 wagon with a ka , and im fairly new in splicing and wiring different components right.

i ran into an issue witch needs to be resolved imediatly. i have to wire my 300zx pump to the ka ecu but i noticed the stock 300 zx wires (one of them ) is shielded and i need to know if or where i need to ground it. i need to know asap so i can bolt my tank up.
