Fuel Pump Wire ID (HELP!)

Before I start let me state that I've searched everywhere and haven't found an answer that satisfied me.

I've been having fuel pump troubles (no power to the pump) and tried replacing the pump, fuses, relay, etc. No luck. I decided to just hardwire the damn thing and now I'm running into a bit of confusion with which wires I need to be cutting.

Attached is a picture of how the pigtails look right now. The two black wires were originally attached to the top black one with with a factory connector. I just pulled them apart. Nothing crazy going on there.

Can somebody please ID the wires I need to be working with? Thanks!

One bump and that's it. What color wires from the pump side connector need to be cut/grounded for the hardwire to be successful?
