fuel pump?

ok guys/gals, ive searched for this and cant find an exact answer. my ka24e has 191k on it, i just bought it. when i give it throttle first off when its cold, it will kick out and in, in first gear, to the point where i have to let off because i start jumping my car back and forth. after shifting up in each gear, it has very little horsepower and wont really accelerate. i can feel when i give it a bit more gas that it wont really go, like i can feel the engine revs just not going in ratio to the pedal. ive run injector cleaner, i run 89 octain, ive set my safc down to 0 on the fuel map, ive been under and over it. and when i accelerate i can hear a hissing noise from under my car, at first it was partially due to my leaking exhaust gasket, but after replacing it, its still there. im assuming its the pump, and wouldnt be surprised if its the stock oem from 1990 lol, considering the exhaust gasket i just replaced must have been the original. does it sound like my pump?

is it blowing smoke also? what color? Hows the idle, and what other upgrades do you have on the car? Have you checked your plugs and wires? hows the connection, and the condition of the spark plugs? these are just some questions that may help us help you

just evaportaing water from the pipe in cold starts, idles ok...725 or so but fluctuates about 20rpm up and down. it has after market exhaust mani, single pipe per cylinder, looks very nice and intake is done. not sure what the brand is, basic pipe and cone tho. these were on it before i bought it. all sparks, wires, cap and rotor are in good condition, sparks are like new, and no loose wires.
