fuel pump

whats up guys having trouble to find the fuel pump on a 95 240sx modle with sr20 i dont know where is it i open the twist cap behind the back seat and just saw gas tank long *** plastic box and wires am i loooking at the right place or where the hell is it

reach in and feel towards the front of the car.

You will see when you put your hand inside and just search around. Its quite obvious.

Once you find it, just pull it towards you... should slide off.

quick suggestion do this when ur really low on gas much easier to locate the pump and to move around in there,put ur back seats doen and craw in there much easier the going threw the trunk

The big plastic thing is your fuel gauge sending unit. Mines chilling in the bottom of my tank so I always have a full tank according to my gauge. Stupid s14 design flaw, one or two drifts and its flylin off.
