Ok here we go my question is hooked up my sr20det ecu turn the ignition to the on position and I can't here the fuel pump prime. Now when ever I take a test probe and probe the the pink and black wire I can get the fuel pump to turn on. Now I am getting power from the pink and black wire all the way back to the ecu itself. What I want to know is if I was to run the pink and black to a toggle swtich and run the switch to ground similar to what I do when I probe the wire to the to ground. Do you think I would have problems when I try to start the car .Oh yeah I haven't started the car I need some bigger injectors 550cc becuase it's a chipped ecu that require's that size injectors.

Had the same problem when I did my swap, I ended up just taking out the fuel pump relay and using wires to bypass the relay. You will need two wires to jump the relay (make sure you bypass the relay properly, look at the relay diagram on the top relay) , use a wire thats pretty hefty in gauge in order to handle the voltages. Don't know why I had to do this but my car has been running for more than a year with no problems what so ever.

Can you give me specific wire colors and directions on how to do it ? And does your fuel pump run all the time with the separate relay when your ignition on ?

Black / Purple @ ECUBlack / Purple @ Main Power Harness Connector

Start by testing power at the pump, if power is good, then pump is bad or your power wiring to the actual pump from the tank connector is bad. Trace it back to the relay, then test the relay ground and switchable power with Ign ON (pump will prime for 5 seconds - power then should switch OFF). If there is no power lead, then you have faulty harness wiring. If you have main power, but the switch power is not present the ECU or it's power wiring may be faulty (verify ECU is turning ON when key = IGN ON). Test at ECU pin-out as well.

Search on Google (SR20DET fuel wire) and it will pull up the pins.
