fuel pump question

what color wire is the power routed? im gonna make a fuel cut off switch and i need to find the lead wire...

Just take out the fuel pump in your trunk and see which wire it is, if I remember correctly its the standard red color for positive.

in my 95 the 2 wires on the fuel pump were black and black/white i think. its been a while but im pretty sure there wasnt red. if i had my fsm here i would look up the colors for u

so if i have a red wire its red but if i dont have one its the black/white right? or no right?
