Fuel Pump Problems...

Arg. I was checking my tire pressures today and heard a constant high pitch whining sound from the rear of the vehicle. I never noticed it before...seems like fuel pump. Is this normal? 74.000km...

I have a new 255LPH fuel pump and it makes noise. How loud a noise are we talking?

Not too loud @ all. Can't hear it from the front of the car, or the interior. Just a whine coming from the rear near the wheel well. Car works fine up to 6500RPM =)

Id say thats pretty normal, I notice mine gets louder if I drive the car hard then sit and idle.
