If you don't have a Multimeter stop whatever you're doing and go buy one. At Harbor Freight they are like 20 bucks. Then check power starting at the relay, then leaving the relay, then at the pump itself. If you have voltage everywhere then your pump is bad.
Just for s***s and giggles though, take the fuel pump relay out and swap in another one. Any relay of the same amperage will work, so snag one from under the hood, inside a panel, your wife/brother/mothers car...lol. You get the point
I have always found it easiest to try a new fuse/relay real quick.
BUT
If you have a bad ground, chaffing wire, whatever...the new relay/fuse will pop as soon as power is applied to it. Sometimes relays and fuses just crap out, sometimes there is an underlying issue. So whatever the fix does end up being, try to find out what caused the original issue. This goes doubly when we're chasing electrical gremlins. Fire is bad
EDIT*
You have a boosted S14 and a 350Z? Very nice...I'm admittedly jealous. So much as to want you to go through 5-6 relays just because...lol.
