ok my fuel pump wont come on. we checked the wiring, the black/pink stripe is hooked up to the black/pink stripe.. and the fuel pump DOES work.. we hot wired it and it came on. we checked the fuse.. its good. and we replaced the relay. the fuel pump did work until i rewired it. so its in my wiring.. but everythings wired according to srswap and this diagram pulsar gtr gave me... ecu is giving 55.. so im completely lost. i was thinking maybe we could hot wire the fuel pump and have a switch on it but that would be too ghetto and maybe even flood the plugs for all i know. but any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Hi,

If your wiring is ok, check for the following, are you getting a spark on all plugs? The reason that I ask is the CAS also controls when the fuel pump turns on.What is the big red number on your ecu?Is your ecu retuned or modified?

yep im getting spark. my ecu is stock. came out of my front clip.. i think the number was in the teens area.. 10 or 12 or somethin.. ill give you the number when i get to the shop. but its tricky because it worked before i re-wired it. iv even gotten a few of my buddies who got sr's and rb's to look at it and they are stumped.

Do you have any anti-theft device that disables the fuelpump?

Your ecu number should be one fo these 78,79,98,99 ,but that doesn't matter as you had the car running before. You might fried the output driver on the ecu that supplies power to the fuel pump relay, Do you have another ecu, that you can try?
