My pump died yesterday and i messured the all 5 contacts in the plug comming from the front of the car (stock wiring for ka24e)
There are 5 wires, 2 of them gave me 12v, one gave me 8-6v??? and the other 2 were 0. (plug disconnected from pump, so those voltages are comming from the main harness, key in on possition.)
Is that correct? can someone confirm?
Also my fuel pump fuse is always HOT, same as my headlight fuses (in the headlights only the cable feeding from the + terminal of the battery is getting hot), these fuses seem to be directly connected to the battery... anyhting wrong around? fuses melt after some days.
