Fuel pump not working and no spark

So I just did a fresh sr20det swap so heres my problem I got the car to turn over a couple times but it ran like it was dying due to grounding issues i think so i replaced the fuel pump with a 255 and started it once but next morning i replaced the spark plugs and then the fuel pump stopped working I tracked all through the wires everything is getting power up to relay but power is stopping at the plug of the fuel pump and I cant figure out why I have looked at every wire and they all look fine then we tested it for spark with starter fluid and using the spark plug test on the car and it didn't spark or start it just cranks PLEASE HELP I NEED THIS CAR FOR WORK!

Sounds like the blue red stripe wire and black/red stripe wrire aren't getting power where the wiring has to be redone for
the swap

well i ordered a pre made harness from wiring specialties not sure if that makes a difference or not cause I'm not really sure what wires you mean.

With the ignition on spin the CAS by hand, you should hear the fuel pump cycle, and injectors click. If that does not do it check power to the CAS two of the outer pins are power and you should see battery voltage, if you have it chances are the CAS is bad.... Just diagnoses this issue on a SR swap last night.
