fuel pump issues

Trying to diagnose a no fuel problem on a 1993 Maxima. I have voltage at the relay but it seems that it is not being triggered to send power to the pump. The not so great wiring diagram that I have is not exactly a direct representation of the wiring on the car, so I am not sure what to look for. It would appear that the ECCS module would control this function. Am I correct, or should I look for something else? Also, any good sites for wiring diagrams that you are aware of? Thanks. Dave J
