I recently bought a 1990 300zx tt. It's an original Twin turbo however it has a JDM swap. I bought the car knowing it had a lot of problems but I couldn't beat the price for $950 with it being the complete car. But the issue I'm having is When I bought it, it was missing the ECU, Exhaust, and intercoolers he was claiming that he was converting it to a front mount, and a single turbo. I was told by someone that the car hasn't ran in 2 years. I went and bought a 16 bit ecu, the factory intercoolers but not the exhaust. The issue I'm having is the fuel pump isn't pushing gasoline to the motor. I completely drained the gas tank, replaced the fuel pump/sending unit, all the relays/fuses including the one under the driver side fender and the fuel filter itself. I'm being told it could be the FPCU which I actually took out and opened up, it looks like its in perfect shape. What could be causing the problem?

I'd try the online service manual for any test procedures.
Tough duty you have there trying to undo a couple of bad things, but you did get a nice price...Good Luck!

There is quite a bit that could cause this issue, the crappy part is that most of it will be related to gremlins which plague the less fortunate Z32 owners. As DCaff said read through the troubleshooting section in the FSM, try out the procedures and if you still come up with nothing let us know.

Looking at the FPCM does not = testing the FPCM.
