135k G50 with a humming pump. I took out the old put in a used pump i bought off this forum. The pump turns on, I can hear it pumping. But car doesnt start. Not even a hiccup. Just turns over and over and over.
Is it flooded???? Will the alarm cut out ignition if it goes off??? I need help asap

Brian is correct. You need to tee in to the fuel line with a pressure gage downstream of the fuel filter and measure fuel pressure for a few seconds after turning the ignition on (while you hear the fuel pump running) and while engaging the starter (trying to start the engine). Yeah hopefully I can get my money back.
The pump sounds good. It whirrs and doesnt buzz, but no gas is being pumped. I T'd into the fuel house off the fuel filter, no gas, not even a drop. so the pump sounds good but its pumping ****.
