My fuel pump died and I wanted to upgrade rather than replace it with an oem unit. I am also considering replacing the injectors when I do this so I won't have to do it for future mods. Can I expect any power increase from just changing these 2 items. I am going to install an injen intake, headers and exhaust as well at this time. Any suggestions?

The only "power increase" would be a return to "as new" power levels... Which can be quite dramatic in many cases.

I/H/E for the Max will really wake it up. Throw in a high-flow cat, and you're cookin'.

are the obx headers ok? I see a test pipe and an o2 fix on the same site I'm ordering the pump from but no headers. I would like to do all this under $1000. Intake, headers, exhaust, fuel pump, injectors. hmm don't know if I'll make my budget. also, I do NOT want a loud exhaust, the wife will be driving this mostly.

As long as you don't go too big on the piping diameter, it shouldn't be too loud.
