Fuel Pump hitting the Gas Tank ?

I dunno if it's possible for this to happen, here's what I got

under hard braking and abruptive launching, or sharp turns, i can hear some banging noise from the rear, sounds like the fuel tank was hit by something, accompany with some slashing noise. any body has this experience ? what should i do to check ?
