In the US (and some down under) trust in Joe.

Be sure you order a new O ring also and check that a bad pump hasn't taken out your FPCU.

From what I understand, support for the G50 down under is non-existent.

When buying an imported car, one must think globally.

One must have friends who visit from around the world frequently and collect and transport your PARTS in luggage.

Frequent trips to Japan or cultivation of in Japan friends is in order.

The Nissan 300zxtt 90-96 used the same pump.

Aren't the Down Under G50's JDM as well? I know Ozzie's has all sorts of Japanese goodies. Heated rear seats, motorized side mirrors, the works.

Can he order parts from Japan rather than Arizona? Would it be cheaper? Just wondering.

Yah did a quick search the other day (zerothread/257269)and also found that the 1990-1996 300ZX Twin Turbo fuel pump will fit into a 1990-1994 Q45 Fuel pump..... but me dads Q45 is a 1995 model i think lol.

I'll go to the wreckers sometime soon & see how i go finding both fuel pump will let you guys know how i go

Hi All!!

Just letting you guys know tat i got me dads Q45 car up and running cost me about $120(aust) for the used fuel pump....luckily the fuel pump was exactly the same with one minor mod which wasn't a hassle at all to fix

Here is the address of where i bought the fuel pump for future Nico fans:Sport Auto Wreckers2 Durham Road Bayswater92728674

They also have alot of spare parts for other NISSAN & JJAP imported cars too worth checking out if you need any in PERTH ;D

I went to Auto1, Repco & Super Cheap stores and got quoted from $160 to $400 for brand new 300ZX turbo pump on order....but i thought id stick to this fuel pump since it was exactly the same and was there at the time

Thanks All for helping out

A used fuel pump is a crapshoot as far as how long it will last, but I understand your supply issues...

Good luck and thanks for posting the address for anyone looking for Q parts down under!

HAve you evaluated your FPCU too? Someone should have said that before. Sorry I missed it. When doing your fuel pump, you should check that the FPCU isn't going bad as well. They often cause each other to fail.
