This is a rb20 swapped S13:

So I was messing with my nismo afpr before the gauge fitting arrived (stupid of me) i tightened it a few turns to see if I could make the idle better. Nothing happened the first few turns, then it idled nice and low and died. Now the problem is it wont start.

-Lines are getting no pressure, i disconnected them one by one and cranked the car, nothing comes out.

-Fuel pump doesnt prime, I cant hear it whatsoever.

-I thought Id blown the pump so I removed it and hotwired it in a bucket of water... it worked just fine

-I used a multimeter to test resistance on all 4 green relay fuse things (2 for fuel 2 next to ecu) all tested .07 between wide prongs and 1 (infinite) between closer prongs (grounds I think)

-I used a multimeter to check voltage where on the 2 places the fuel pump wire is spliced to the ecu harness (one right at ecu, other near the passenger side fuse box) both test super low while cranking, but there is barely some power. Like .01-.15 volts. The cigg lighter tests 11.8 so its not the multimeter...

Any Ideas what I should check next? I cannot figure this out. The ECU light works so Im assuming I didnt blow the ECU. It flashes code 55 (A-OK)

The only mods are: Walbro 255 and Nismo AFPR

****ty, im assuming you already checked the 15A fuse in the engine bay? thats probobly why your not getting power.

ummmmmmmmm the nismo fpr only takes like 1/8 turn to adjust the press. a good 30-50 psi.

Are you talking about the big green ones? I checked every one of those in the car.

I find it hard to believe that 1/8 of a turn can adjust 30-50psi when the regulator is able to turn like 100 times. I could be wrong though...

So all the fuses look fine, I tried grounding the pink and black wire from the ecu and it didn't help any.

I just opened up the ECU and it looks brand new, everything still gleaming. I couldnt find any broken circuits or burn marks.

When I spin the CAS I can hear the injectors firing, so apparently those are getting power... just no fuel
