Well i installed a Walbro pump the other day and not nether that nor my stock pump will work.

Both pumps work when hot wired to the battery, so its not them.

All the fuses and relays are fine.

#104 wire has a good `12.3v running through it when i the ignition is on.if i remove the fuse it goes to 0v

now at the fuel pump there is ALWAYS 7.92v, i can remove all my fuel pump fuses and relays and not matter what i do it always shows 7.92v

i have even tryed to hot wire the pump to #104 wire and the negative termanal on the battery, the pump will not start, the pump will only start if hotwired to the battery. no there is about a .20-.30v difference between the battery and the ECU wire but that cant be enough to cause the pump to not work? well im totally stumped, im gona replace the fuses and relays for the hell of it but. other than that im outa ideas....

you got a bad connection somewhere. you need to load test the wires with a light bulb to isolate it.

well it turned out the ground to the air control solenoid was cut, which btw was a pta to find.
