Fuel Pump fuse?????

So my car was runing fine and i was driving and all of the sudden it died. Felt like i ran out of gas...anyway got it back to my house and the fuel pump fuse was blown. i replacedd it and it keeps blowing. I got a new sending unit fuel pump etc...checked my ground for the sending unit cleaned it...still does the same thing. Any ideas??

That is linked to the alternator. When the alternator goes bad it tends to blow that fuse. Also, it'll blow if something that is grounded touches the alternator and arcs off of it.
