I have a S13/walbro So everything is going great until I hit a huge pothole going up I-5 and then my car runs like crap, My wideband is reading points leaner than it was before the pothole. I figure out that my fuel pressure is way lower(Check for fuel leaks) so after that I figure out that on the Blue/Red stripe wire coming from fuel pump (ground) After fuel pump assembly plug turns to black/white stripe. I am getting 6.xx-7.xx Volt, I test my buddys car and is getting .30V(his car runs normal)

I have swapped ECUFuel pump(whole assembly)EGI/EGI Pump relays

I have tried tracing the wire and cannot find anything(Maybe can someone tell me what page the wiring schematic for fuel pump is in the fsm?) I can only find for the fuel gauge.

Could my EGI/EGI pump Relays (one of them) not be grounding?

Could it be ignition/accessory relays?

Also does anyone know where the fuel pump grounds?

I am fine with having to rewire the fuel pump or make a new ground for the fuel pump, But I dont want the old ground wire to still be seeing voltage when it shouldnt?

Thanks for any help.
