So i just got done with a N/A to TT conversion, kept N/A harness and installed an electronic boost controller, TT fuel pump was installed as well.

I'm wondering what the difference is between the N/A and TT fuel pump controller if there is one at all? The reason i ask is because i'm getting fuel cut at 120 mph and on pulls with less than 1/4 tank of gas, so i'm assuming that my controller is giving fuel as if the car were still an N/A and cutting off cause the turbo is pulling and going harder.

Or am i experiencing another issue like no being tuned or something of that nature?

Thanks

I don't think that is your issue. The TT pump flows much higher than an NA. The fact that you are experiencing fuel issues with less than 1/4 tank indicates that it isn't related to the pump acting like an NA. I have the same setup as you on mine. I have no issues at all with fuel.

Have you made sure the fuel sock on the end of the pump assembly isn't clogged? Does it stumble under WOT when it has a full tank?

Under WOT it doesn't have a problem unless i am under 1/4 tank of fuel then it won't handle higher rpms, any other time it'll rap out each gear and top out at 5k rpm at 120 mph.

The only thing i didn't check, clean was the fuel filter, but as an N/A i never had a problem with that.

Also (may not be related) but after driving i pull the gas cap off and it sucks in air, quite rapidly. If that has anything to do with my fuel problems, but it did that as a N/A as well.

The air noise says that you don't have a problem with the system being sealed. That is a good thing. I think the next step would be to check the fuel pressure. You may have a weak pump.

The difference between the controllers is that the TT one allows the pump to operate on low speed at lower RPMs and high speed at high RPMs. If you stick with your NA controller, the pump will always operate at high speed. This isn't the source of your problem, I would recommended changing both your your filters.

How long was your tank open while you were changing the pump?

Not sure if you were saying this, but the stock fuel pressure regulator and the damper are the same for all Z32's, both TT and NA.
