Fuel Pump Controller

so my Z32TT won't start, the problem si lack of fuel, the pump (which I replaced with an OE unit just a few monthc ago) checks out ok, the fuel pump relay checks out, I ever tried jumpering it just in case, stillno pumping, when I rotate the key and check for coltage at the pump it comes on for a second but at only about 2v, the only reason I can figure is the Fuel Pump Control unit, I can't find anything in the FSm about how to test the controller, anyone have an idea? anyone had a problem with theirs?

yeah the "E" diagram makes my brain hurt, I ordered a used one form Z1 on thursday and they finally shipped it monday, should be in tomorrow
