fuel pump control module

Hey all! First of all ive been on here alot but never registered, you guys made my life way easier swapping a new vg30de into my j so thanks!

Secondly does anyone know where the fuel pump control module gets it voltage from? Its reading extremely low even when cranking and i cant get fuel to the front end. Fuel pump, relay and fuse have all been swapped.

Used the self diagnostic to look at trouble codes and have code 55 which is "no problem found" any help would be appreciated! Thx

What voltage is it reading? Can you hear the pump cycle when the key is turned to on?

.2 volts its barely pulling a current. Nope i cant hear anything i had buddy turn the key to on so i could sit back in the trunk and listen. I think im going to try bypassing the fpcu. Any thoughts?

Update:
I bypassed the fuel pump control module just to double check the pump and the pump works fine. Im at a loss as to why it wont start on ots own as soon as the key gets turned to on! Any ideas.?
