Fuel PSI

I've seen from a few posts that with the welbro fuel pumps the actually raise the fuel pressure above normal. I'm going to get a regulator to fix this. How much pressure do I need at the rail when I adjust at idle? 42 psi? I just want to verify this before I do it.

i belive its 38psi with vacuum 42 without, both at idle.

anyone wanna confirm?

35 and 43 otherwise correct.
