fuel problem

I have a 2001 nissan almera 1.5 petrol, the car wouldn't start on saturday done a few tests and discovered the was no fuel coming from the fuel pump. i took out the fuel pump out and tested it and it was working fine so i put it back in. I then discovered there was no power supply to the fuel pump so i checked the fuse it was fine and there was power to that point. i traced the wire back as far as a blue relay to the right of the pedal box which i replaced last night. Still no power to the pump. what am I missing ??? is there a pressure switch or something ???

so was there power at the relay? and is there power coming out of it when the key is in the on position?
