can connecting the boost gauge and bov to the fpr cause the fuel pressure to rise, also can a vacumme line that is to small or has to little flow cause fuel pressure to rise. because am getting 40psi at idle.

at idle with vacuum hose connected or disconnected?

some people get a rise in fp at idle after putting in Walbros.

No, you are seeing a rise in pressure due to your Walbro fuel pump.

is that going to cause me to run rich after i get the afc installed.

It's already causing you to run rich. You can just trim the S-AFC to run slightly leaner.
