fuel pressure regulator -feedback from dealer

well, i went to the dealer as you guys sugested and service guy said that unfortunately i will have to pay from my own pocket beacuse the warranty is already expired. he also mentioned that in versa there's 2 fuel pressure regulators (is there?) and they will have to check which one is faulty. i did mention about warrantable parts that have 12 months or 20000 km when it's faulty, they should replace it even though theres no warranty on the car anymore..he said he wouldn't know anything about it. whats the next step i should take to deal with it??

However, the warranty on replacement parts installedin an NISSAN vehicle while it is covered by an NISSAN warranty will not endbefore the end of that warranty.Except for those items listed elsewhere under the caption “Limitations” and“What is Not Covered”.What You Must DoIn order to obtain warranty service you must deliver the warranted part or thevehicle on which the part is installed, to an authorized NISSAN dealer at yourexpense with your repair order or purchase receipt, showing the purchasedate, odometer reading and vehicle identification number.
