Is it dangerous to pur Fuel pressure Gauge inside of a car?i just figured what if line fails, gas leak thorough my car......

yeah, I'd say it's dangerous. I'd hate to be driving then all of a sudden get squirted in the face with gasoline.

if you really want a fuel pressure gauge in your car, get an electronic one, that way you only run a wire into ur car from a sensor.

omg. then nothing is safe.

oil pressure (oil might leak)boost pressure (air might leak. I'm air alergic)Fuel pressur (fuel might leak)Volt meter (electric shocks)

You can buy isolated mechanical gauges: they are required by some auto racing class(not sure if it is autox, etc). I think the way they work is the fuel pressure pushes on a pressurized diafram, which then connects to your gauge. Either that or it has some sort of safety check value that won't allow [much] fuel to flow if disconnected. I'd go with electric, but make sure it advertises good response times, so you can visually see small spikes/dips.
