Finally tested my fuel pressure in between the filter and the rail cause the car has been turning over forever to start. It was around 38lbs while the car was running then it dropped to zero immediately after shutdown! The car runs fine once it starts...could a bad injector o ring bleed pressure out that fast? And wouldn't a bad o ring make the car run rough and rich? Could it be the pressure regulator or a bad check valve on the fuel pump?

There are only a few places the fuel psi can flow. You must do diagnostic test to decide.

If you clamp off the return first, then turn off pump you can then simultaneously clamp closed the line before the tee after fuel filters.
