fuel pressure building up in my lines!?

WHY?! took the eninge out, new clutch, and clean.. got it back in today and went for a start up, and one of the lines bursts un-done, so i switched them (incase i crossed them) and put new clamps on. round two was the same, poped off ( Pic.1, before key turn).. hmm anyideas on what to check?

-also i went to crank it to see what would happen, and got nothing!(not a sound)

looks like you have the fuel lines mixed up. the incoming line comes through the filter and goes to the front of the engine and through injectors and regulator .

pic 1 has the delivery line leaving filter and goint straight to return line. they are crossed after the filter.
