hey guys, I just recently put in my nismo FPR with a fuel gauge, 740cc injectors and a z32 MAF and NGK iridium IX BKR8EIX along with my Enthalpy tuned ECU and the first thing I notice is that the FP is set at almost 100PSI! Anyways, i tried to adjust the dang thing but it seems that the FP doesn't move much if any no matter how I adjust the screw.

I am not sure if this is related to my high FP problem but I can't get any boost in my car. i can drive around the block normal but when i want the turbo to kick in it just Bogs/Sputters. I am running only 10PSI of boost too. Has anyone ever had this problem or does anyone know how to fix this fiasco??

The NIsmo FPR should be adjustable. There is a lock nut at the bottom of the bolt that adjusts it, the nut needs to be loosened, then adjust the bolt, then tighten the nut to lock it.

It is adjustable, the only thing is, the fuel pressure does not change at all adjusting that screw.

im going to adjust it again tho, and see if that changes any AF ratio settings.

Something is wrong. FP should go up or down based on that bolt on the top of the Nismo FPR. Do you have the feed return lines reversed?

OK, I did something that I didn't do the first time around, I started the car and pulled the fuel pump fuse. All of a sudden it works!

But i have come to another problem with all of this, my car is running ridiculously lean. To the point where my AEM can't even show exact numbers.

Also, sounds like air is coming from the FPR, like a leak or something. The top half of the FPR can turn, is that natural?

dude! i had the same problem! the intake mani that i had wouldnt let me adjust it back far enough because the adjustment screw was hitting the valve cover. had to go with tomei type L fpr and bam! fuel pressure at 34. same injectors, is your return line pinched at that corner?

Holy ghetto. But no it shouldn't turn like that I don't think. Looks like the one hose may be crimped at the bend too much.

+1 on the kinked return line

The line is not kinked though it may look like it, I got the fuel pressure down to the 40psi area but the car is running really lean at idle, but when i raise to fuel pressure to about 60psi the AF reading is around 14-15.5 while idling. I am not sure what the exact problem is but when I drive around the neighborhood about 30 mph with the fuel pressure at ~40 psi give or take the reading is about 14-15.5. any one faced this problem before?
