go to home depot, Lowes, or equivalent and get a Brass T with 1/8" ports and two hose barb fittings to put on the sides. Use thread sealant on all threads and install pressure sensor.

what size do i need the Barb fittings to be?

brass = no corrosion issues later on?

this uses a brass body/fittings so i wouldn't think it would corrode or anything. probably a 1/4" hose barb, then tighten it down with clamps, but if you can take a piece of the fuel hose into the store i'd do that and find the best fit.

and no worries on the questions chap, always glad to help

when you see it in person it will be easier to gauge what size you will need, if that helps at all

I bought a high pressure gauge and the "T" adapter in a package at advance auto parts a while back. The t part was brass and the whole deal cost about 20 bucks. The gauge was crap the first time so I took it back and swapped, good to go now!

Yes, the fittings you have listed will work great. I have the same things for my fuel pressure sender.

Yep that will work fine, the only issue is if your male fitting is alloy, it will suffer from corrosion quicker as result of the chemical reaction between the two metals..

But I am talking years here lol...

I forgot to add, make sure your reg is plumbed in to the left of the hose in your diagram..

Dalaz, you pic doesn't make since.

fuel filter, fuel pressure gauge, then fuel rail. don't install in the line with the fuel pressure regulator.

it should say on the fuel line, and if not, just take if off and measure inside diameter and you are golden

Measure yours to make 100% sure, the detail in the diagram is all aftermarket, it was more to give you an idea of the position of the reg in relation to the flow direction of the fuel..

My lines are 3/8" aluminium, my stock fuel lines had a smaller ID...

Best bet is to measure the ID of your lines and send the details off to the company if your buying online, or take the line with you if your going into a shop..

1/4" ID hose sounds close to what was stock on mine..
