Did a search and couldn't find what I was looking for.

I just installed a walbro pump and its been running wonderful until today.

Went out to start it and it just cranked and cranked. Finally, after pumping the gas several times it started.

Then, while driving, it quit getting fuel or spark for a split second, not just a miss. It had done it before but I thought it was because of my failing fuel pump.

Then it would run great for a while with excellent acceleration. After shutting it down for a while, it didn't want to start again. Then it ran with less gusto then it had before.

I replaced the fuel pump, filter, coil, plugs, wires.... not sure where else to go. Thought that the regulator could be the problem but I'm not sure.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Could possibly be the regulator as you mentioned.

Sorry! It is a 93 240sx SE. The car only has about 100k on it. I've had numerous hesitation problems in the past but the fuel pump cured it for the time being. I probably need to put a timing light to it just for safe measure, but it isn't backfiring on either stroke so I don't think it could be far off.
