fuel not going through return line

k my car is having a problem with running extremely rich. as give it gas and it sputers and wants to die but if u give it gas slowly it will accelerate. but back fire a little. pulled my plugs and they are black same with the o2 sensor, black so replaced it all and pulled my return line off and realized no fuel coming out when the car was running. so replaced the fpr with a spare i had and same thing. checked my friends car and his pisses it out. so is there something else im missing or try another fpr??

and i also blew air with my compressor threw the fpr and it comes out but makes noise like paper buzzing sound. and tried it again. but still nothing.timing is dead onno vac leakspair valve is deletednew plugs new o2 sensor.new injectors. and dont notice any leaks from them.

please someone help
