Fuel Management opinions

I have not been able to find any reviews on four of these. So my question is: has anyone used any of these and where they able to get the job done.This summer im going to be starting my engine swap, i want to be around the 300Hp range. I am planning on swaping a SR20DET(not here to argue why) The one thing i have not planned out is which fuel managment to get. I would like to spend around 300 dollars, if its just absolutly not recommended i can fit one in my budget. But ill probably have a shop do a tune also (so i dont need to do everything). sorry to press the issure, but im trying to get my budget all worked out.

get an enthalpy rom tune and call it a day. It's in the typical pricerange of an ecu chip job from a reputable source aka ~$500.
