When boosting, what are your fuel management options. I'm just not sure which ones are needed and which ones are optional. For instance, can you have just a fuel pump, larger injectors, and a FPR and have that suffice for boosting, or do you actually need a piggyback system in addition to an FPR, and injectors? I know some of these answers are boost dependent, but generally what is needed and what is for extra insurance?

A Rising rate FPR and stock injectors can suffice for low boost. A fuel pump could be good insurance in this case, especially if your stock pump has a lot of mileage on it.

If you go to larger injectors, you will need some way of altering the signal so you won't be running overly rich. A reprogrammed ECU, stand-alone, piggyback or even a hacked MAF could work.

A fuel system that can keep up with the additional airflow from boost is a requirement. If done right, you won't have to think about the "extra insurance".
