Over this whole winter im goin to be building up a junkyard Ka24de i got for free to drop in my 240 next spring for some better HP numbers......with the increased boost level im goin to need a different way to tune for bigger injectors/ timing / mafs.....right now im running a tuned ecu by DL tuning for my deatchworks 555cc injectors on a t25 turbo and it runs amazing....

my setup:Arias Pistons Crower rodsClevite bearingsCrower V2 camsRPS Street puckFinanza flywheelGreddy FMIC/BOVTurbonetics T3/to4e 50 trim .63ARJGS manifold/downpipetial wastegate w/ 12 psi spring3in Megan catbackDeatchworks 810cc injectorsWalbro fuel pumpz32 maf

the only thing i have left is a way for me to control the 810cc injectors and z32 maf....what is the safest setup to run fuel management wise?

1.Go with another tuned ecu and then dyno tune with my SAFC for the fine tuning2.Tuned ecu for the injectors and Greddy emanage to dyno tune for fuel/ignition adjustment3. AEM EMS

id really like to buy the EMS but that would be totally new to me and i dont really know how to hook that all up and be able to drive it the 1.5 hrs to AMS to let them do their thing

Suggestions??

option 1. or find a dyno tune shop by your place and tune it there?

everything ive heard about enthalpy has been great. i think they charge like 500? and they have like a 4 day turn around time. once i get my car going im more than likely getting them to do mine as they are like 45 mins away.

Get enthalpy. I currently have it and running 15psi. I've taken like 2% away across the board to my likings under WOT. Only issue i had is because I'm open BOV it won't hold idle unless i decelerate slow. This could be maybe the bov being stuck up open or other issues..

go with an enthalpy tune and then fine tune with the safc. A friend of mine is on the dark side(SR20DET).....has a enthalpy tune and he fine tuned it with his safc and he is now running 11.5@114. The tunes are ballpark usually and could use a little fine tuning.

It's hard to bring myself to pay $500 for a tune that's only "in the ballpack" and having to spend another $200 for a safc.. it seems rediculous... why not chip the ecu, and have a shop tune it, i'm sure it's a lot cheaper.

i agree, its seems kinda stupid to pay for a $500 ecu tune, then have to tune it again later. anybody use a Greddy system?
