fuel management for gt2876r

I just recently purchased a garrett gt2876r and plan on running nismo 740cc injectors with an enthalpy ecu retune. also I will be getting a adjustable fuel pressure regulator and z32 maf. How much psi should i run in the fuel system? and should i run a safc-II on top of my tuned ecu? any input would be much appreciated because im about to be treading in uncharted waters.
