I'm assuming this is a 2000 maxima your referring to. Is the check engine light on? How many miles on the car, and has the MAF sensor ever been changed?

When you say everything has been changed out, what exactly? My first thoughts are a fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Has anyone followed the fuel line to see if there is a dent (crushed spot) from road debris? Has the ECU been tested to find out if it is working properly? Has the car thrown a code? Has anyone looked at the wires going to the MAF and throttle body? Is one of those wires frayed or broken? Has the gas tank been removed and cleaned? The more info you can post, makes it easier to narrow down the source of the problem.
