So wondering what would be best to buy? I have a walbro pump....I'm talking about the rubber lines....do they make SS(stainless steel) ones for our cars?

are you talking about the fuel lines that run to the engine bay? if so, no they don't. you'll have to get rubber ones...i already tried.

SS = not worth it. remember if you're getting rubber fuel lines to get the ones made for fuel injection.

i recently asked a similar question b/c i need to replace the line from the filter to the fpr

all you need is the right size ss lines, but from what i was told they are harder to work with and arent a necessity, just make the "bling bling flash" look of your engine bay go up a few points

So are the stock 240 rubber lines okay then? I was told by a performance guy that when using a higher flow pump will make the stock rubber lines wear out quicker due to the higher pressure....So what should I get then? I need to buy this on friday for sure....and yes I'm talking about the ones in the engine bay, not the hard lines....

Gasoline eats rubber. You need to get fuel lines. Next thing, there are two types of fuel lines, one for injected and another for carb systems. You need the injected one. The carb lines don't handle pressure that well. When you cut them apart you can see the difference, the "fuel injected systems" fuel lines have more fibers that reinforce them.

Just one more thing to note. The pump itself doesn't deal up the end pressure in the lines. That's the job of the fuel pressure regulator.
