OK, this is stumping me....every morning, I get in my truck and the fuel level seems to be anywhere between a tiny bit to almost 1/16th of a tank lower than it was when I drove it the day before....My question here is...has anyone else had a problem with their gas caps not sealing right and the gasoline evaporating? I've heard of itbefore, but...my truck's an '04! That's crappy if it's the case....just curious.....

Mine does that too, but the gauge edges back up before I can make it out of my neighborhood.

A system leak should trigger a check engine light anyhow.

lol. i was worried about that too before but it actually really is the incline and decline of the road. when your on an incline the tank seems to be filled up alittle higher cuz of the angle and when your on a decline its looks like the tank is lower than normal.

there was a recall issued for the gas filler tube to be replaced because it was leaking from improper coating of a sealant. i got mine fixed last year. go and check with your dealer if u need that done. mine was free of charge

what you should do fueler is go to a well known area for gas tank siphoning and get a ford with 2 gas tanks. Lock the one with gas in it and fill the other one up with water and see if anyone takes it lol.

Dude that friggin sucks. Beat someone senseless for that sh*t. But, no, no one is taking my gas, and most times, I'm parked right in frontof my house, perfectly flat....so I guess I'll contact the dealership where I bought it and see about the sealant...'cause I'd really like to stop losing money every time I park the car...Thanks, guys
