OKay..I have had smoke from tail pipe. I smell nothing but fuel. Hooked it up to diagnostic machine. It said EGR valve FLOW malfunction (in so many words) I change injectors . The car then did not want to turn over. It seemed to have 'locked up' . Gas began to fall right out of air intake hose. So in the midst of noticing this I had already bought a fuel pressure regulator. However, wanted to make sure before removing the entire manifold that it was in fact the problem. (that is when it was noticed gas spilling out of air hose) took spark plugs out to see if fuel was getting into pistons. they smelled like fuel..were alittle wet. but do not know where to go from here...DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW THE FUEL COULD BE GETTING INTO AIR HOSE? PLEASE HELP. NOt a project car...Its needed lol thanks!

sounds like you are F!!!!! if engine wont turn over,as you cant compress a liquid{fuel} and generally something expensive bends and destroys the engine.

What I would do is go ahead and run the starter after all plugs are out to push out the remaining fuel. Then if you have an air compressor, blow out each cylinder. Most likely there are damaged lower o-rings on one or more injectors and fuel is flowing by into the cylinders. So in that case, I would remove the upper intake manifold, then unfasten the fuel rail from the lower intake manifold runners so that you can prop it up and watch to see which injector is leaking fuel when the key is cycled on. From there, I would replace the bad o-ring on the problem injector, cycle the key again, if no leaks then go ahead and put it back together, say a prayer that there is no rod-knock, and start the car.
